The produced heavy duty support rollers are cylindrical rollers backup rolls, they have full complement of cylindrical rollers, and have no pin. The outer ring hardness is usually customized, depending on clients’ needs, they have lamellar or lip seals and external seal sheets, these backup rollers are mainly used for hot rolled sheets flattering machines.

The cylindrical roller backup rolls are built with two or more full complement crowns of cylindrical rollers separated by spacers integrated into the outer ring. The large load capacities, both dynamic and static, of this type of back-up rollers ensure that they are used in large quantities in those steel sheet levelling or straightening machines that work continuously and in severe operating conditions.

The new finished U profile stud type track roller bearings with ball & cage structure, the oil seal design can prevent the contaminants outside.
The bearings can support high radial- and axial forces in both directions. The special curved shape of the outer ring creates two contact surfaces with the guide rail.

Double roller back-up rollers with pin used for levelling lines

The double roller back-up rollers with pin back-up rolls mainly used in the flattening and straightening lines of steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheets. The outer rings and the shaft are made in hardening and tempering steel with high hardness (up to 62 HRc). The shaft can be made also in case hardening steel in relations to the dimensions. They are available with sealing system (lamellar double or triple rings), thermoplastic seals and labyrinth system.

The internal design with needle roller and cage assembly or full complement rollers, so it can bear very high radial load capacity. The backup rollers work with the work rolls and the intermediate rolls in the levelling lines.

The new finished Plummer Block, Split Bearing Housing will be used for Steel Plant. It’s a very special bearing housing, it was produced as the drawing of our client.
This bearing housing made of 2 part, the upper cover and the base, which connected with bolts.

The material for the plummer blocking is Ductile cast iron, which is a type of cast iron known for its impact and fatigue resistance, elongation, and wear resistance due to the spherical (round) graphite structures in the metal. Ductile Iron is also called ductile cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, or nodular cast iron.
